Phillip Starr has been in real estate for more than thirty years. During his time in the dynamic and changing western suburbs real estate environment, he has accomplished what most real estate sales people could only dream to achieve. Today Phillip is a registered valuer and licensed real estate agent, and Director of Starr Partners.

With many years of experience in real estate at all levels including the development and sale of large residential sites including townhouse, villa and unit developments, Phillip has been involved with major Australian and local organizations such as Lend Lease, Holroyd City Council and Aussie Home Loans on a range of personal and commercial real estate transactions which have had significant impact on the local area.

Having lived in the Holroyd municipality for most of his life with children and grand children, Phillip has personally experienced the changing cultural and community aspect of the Holroyd area. The dynamic and vibrant nature of the area is what inspires Phillip to continually build and grow Starr Partners Merrylands, Pemulwuy and Wentworthville offices into leaders in local real estate. He is personally committed to developing and supporting a team that is honest, hard-working and has all the tools and training to help them service the diverse cultural and community needs of the area. He has created a working environment that fosters and promotes cultural diversity, customer focus and integrity which has seen Starr Partners Merrylands win the Western Sydney Award for Excellence in Property & Sales Management in 2012.

Not afraid of change or technology, Phillip is always looking for systems, processes and techniques which can help his staff better service the real estate needs of his community. Phillip is a member of the local chamber of commerce and an active supporter of local community and sporting groups and clubs which has made Starr Partners and Phillip Starr, well known and highly respected active members of the local community.
