Cassy joined Starr Partners Merrylands in 2008 shortly after finishing her HSC. She has been Personal Assistant to three of our leading Listing Agents, has assisted in the advertising role, built the foundations of our Marketing Coordinator role and stepped up into leadership positions as Assistant Office Manager, then Office Manager before settling into her present role as our HR Manager. Cassy is a passionate and loyal member of our team who takes pride in her work, and genuinely cares about her colleagues.

With a background in customer service & sales, commencing a career in real estate felt like an exciting transition for Cassy upon completion of her schooling. It wasn't until she commenced her career with Starr Partners that she found a love for helping others realise their potential, an interest in psychology & implementing/improving systems.
