Claudia joined our team in February 2024 as our “Master of First Impressions†at reception. While in that role she completed her real estate course and gained hands-on exposure to every facet of property management. That experience sparked a genuine passion for helping people and a drive to keep progressing in the industry.
Today, Claudia works as an Inspections Specialist, carefully completing routine and periodic inspections on behalf of our clients. She takes a meticulous, commonsense approach, documenting property condition, identifying maintenance needs early, and communicating clearly with owners and tenants. Her goal is simple: ensure our landlords’ investments remain sound and our tenants enjoy well-maintained, comfortable homes.
Approachable, always smiling and endlessly helpful, Claudia is known for her positive energy and professionalism on site and in the office. She builds trust quickly, treats everyone with respect, and follows through - every time. Whether she’s coordinating access, compiling detailed inspection reports or answering questions, Claudia brings calm, care and clarity to every interaction.
